We work with retailers around the world to supply some of the best fashion items — from high-end boutiques to Fortune 100 retailers to top ecommerce websites. Our line includes scarves, kimonos, bracelets, cuffs, bandanas, wraps, cardigans, and shawls. Many boutiques and stores carry our products, and most of them come back for more.

THE OPPORTUNITY We're looking for a boutique sales person with real experience — someone who has either worked at boutiques, managed accounts for boutiques, or sold wholesale into boutiques. This is not an entry-level position. You need to understand how boutique owners think, how they buy, and what makes them reorder.

This is a work-from-home opportunity with a fashion company based in New York.

You will be expanding our customer base while helping us take care of our current accounts.

We feel strongly that the right person — someone who can build relationships, merchandise well for these accounts, and connect with buyers and boutique owners — will be successful selling our product digitally or boutique visits. We will help provide you with leads, current account lists, and data. But we also expect you to build your own lead lists, use AI tools, research boutiques on Instagram, Google, and Faire, and be proactive about finding new doors. We're not going to micromanage how you find them. We care that you do.

──────────────────────────────────────── WHAT THE JOB ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE DAY TO DAY

This is a remote sales role with a minimum of 25 hours work from home. Your tools are your phone, your laptop, your email, and your personality. A typical day looks like this: You're making calls — cold calls, warm follow-ups, checking in on accounts that haven't reordered. You're sending emails — personalized outreach to boutique owners with line sheets, product highlights, and margin stories.

You're creating short Loom videos — showing product, explaining the line, giving boutique owners a reason to respond You're building and sending line sheets tailored to each store type (a spa gets a different selection than a clothing boutique) You're following up — persistently but professionally — because most sales come from the second, third, or fourth touch.

You're logging everything in a simple tracker so we know what's working and what's not. You're coordinating with our office to get samples and orders shipped when needed. You are trying to see if you can meet owners. You're selling digitally — through conversations, visuals, and a product line that speaks for itself. Our boutiques reorder at a rate of nearly 60%. When you put those numbers in front of a buyer. ──────────────────────────────────────── WHAT WE EXPECT

We are looking for someone who is focused on using their hours wisely to win over accounts. This is a numbers game, and we need someone who understands that. You will hear "no" more than "yes." That's normal. What separates great sales reps from average ones is what they do after the no. Over the first 8 weeks, we'll work closely together. You'll learn our line, our pricing, our best sellers, and how our accounts order (most use a platform called Faire). After that ramp period, we expect you to consistently bring in a minimum of 10 new paid orders per week. That's your target. The path to getting there is up to you — we'll give you the tools, the leads, and the support, but you have to do the work. We're open to all methods of communication — phone, email, Instagram DMs, LinkedIn, Faire messaging, texting, Loom videos. Whatever gets you in front of the buyer. We don't restrict how you reach out. We care about results. ──────────────────────────────────────── HOURS AND PAY

This is currently a part-time position at a minimum 25 hours per week. As we see progress and results, hours can increase 40 hours per week. This is a real growth path, not a maybe. Base pay: $20/hour (W2) with a commission structure that works well for current and new leads and is quite motivating and with the help of Faire and other marketplaces.
