Position Overview:

As an Patient Care Coordinator at PG Men’s Health, you'll play a crucial role in initiating the journey of renewal for our clients. You'll be the main point of contact for individuals seeking assistance, understanding, and a path to rediscovering their vitality. Your empathetic approach, excellent communication skills, and commitment to fostering relationships will be essential as you guide prospective clients through the appointment-setting process.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to potential patients, responding to inquiries and educating them about our services and treatment options.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects, guiding them through the decision-making process and converting them into paying clients.
  • Collaborate with our clinical staff to understand patient needs, ensuring the appropriate treatment plans and services are recommended to potential patients.
  • Effectively communicate the value of our services, addressing any questions or concerns and overcoming objections.
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet individual and clinic sales targets.
  • Continuously stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and any changes in healthcare regulations to advise patients and position PG Men’s Health as a trusted provider.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure patient satisfaction, addressing post-appointment inquiries or concerns.

We offer a competitive compensations structure, which includes a salary of $50K - $70K per year, plus commission payouts, with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $150,000, reflecting the potential for performance-based bonuses and commission. Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a healthcare-related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting.
  • Strong closing skills and the ability to handle objections with confidence and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively influence others.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
