General Responsibilities: Develop and execute project plans for timely delivery, while maintaining adaptability to changing priorities. Independently work back from a target outcome to define logical project and program management routines across a complex business environment. Identify risks and issues proactively, and apply sound judgment to mitigate and/or escalate. Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, to influence key outcomes for the business. Maintain acute attention to detail, exceptional organization, and rigorous commitment to quality in all aspects. Our ideal candidate will also have the following skills: Effectively be able to apply business expertise and collaborate across functions to distill complex requirements into actionable project plans, and enable alignment between vision and execution. Influence, not just communicate. You can effectively convey complex ideas clearly regardless of your audience. Bias towards action. You drive actions and deliverables to completion, including thorough documentation. You can get around roadblocks effectively and stay focused on the goals of the projects and programs you support. This role is hybrid, where you will be expected to spend 3 days per week working in-office (McLean, VA or Richmond, VA) and the remainder of the week working virtually.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of Project Management experience
