Job Summary

The Elite Job is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Shopify & Etsy Customer Service Agent to join our growing e-commerce support team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, manage inquiries, process orders, resolve complaints, and ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers on both Shopify and Etsy platforms. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and messaging platforms.

  • Handle order processing, returns, exchanges, and refunds in Shopify and Etsy.

  • Assist customers with product details, order status, shipping information, and troubleshooting issues.

  • Manage and monitor customer reviews, ratings, and feedback on both platforms.

  • Ensure timely and accurate updates of customer records and transactions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, inventory, and marketing) to resolve issues efficiently.

  • Identify and report recurring issues, suggesting improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain professionalism and brand voice in all communications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service or e-commerce support (Shopify & Etsy experience preferred).

  • Strong understanding of online store operations and order management systems.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency in using Shopify and Etsy dashboards for order processing and customer management.

  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.

  • Familiarity with customer support tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Gorgias is a plus.

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an e-commerce or customer service role.

  • Experience handling Shopify and Etsy platforms is highly desirable.
