This is a full time position.

You must have the required availability of Monday to Friday. Hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM but can go up to 7:00 PM one day per week and rotating weekends from 8:30 A.M. to 2:00 P.M.

Additional travel may be required to other locations (specifically within Metro Atlanta) weekly, therefore, Reliable transportation is required for this position.

Certified Medical Assistant Job Duties Include:

1. Prepares patient for their visit with the provider.

2. Interviews patient, records medical history, takes vital signs, confirming purpose of visit.

3. Sterilization procedures.

4. Completes records by recording patient information.

5. Generates revenue by recording billing info of services rendered.

6. Responds to insurance companies and other third party payers.

7. Completes forms.

8. Keeps supplies stocked, place orders, and verifies receipts.

9. Keeps equipment operating by reporting breakdowns, following operating instructions, and troubleshooting.

10. Understands and follows HIPPA.

11. Exceptionally organized.

12. Adheres to all procedures and policies of the company.

13. Has great customer service and people skills.

14. Can travel to different locations. Review website to see locations.

15. Works well with others and is a team player.

16. Is available to work 5-6 days a week.

17. Can type at least 45-50 WPM. Can use Word and Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $19.00 per hour
