You'll be a key point of contact for creators in our ecosystem, helping them create better content, stay engaged, and drive real results for the brand. This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role for someone who understands what makes TikTok content perform and can coach others to do the same.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><span>Support the TikTok Shop Community Manager in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining creators across all tiers</span></li><li><span>Coach creators on content strategy, hooks, video formatting, and product storytelling to drive conversion</span></li><li><span>Review creator-submitted content and deliver timely, constructive feedback aligned with brand guidelines</span></li><li><span>Monitor posting cadence and proactively follow up to keep creators active and accountable</span></li><li><span>Support daily communications across TikTok, Discord, WhatsApp, and Lark, ensuring questions and approvals are handled quickly</span></li><li><span>Identify high-potential creators for program upgrades, retainer opportunities, or campaign features</span></li><li><span>Host creator webinars and training sessions to educate creators on content best practices, platform updates, and campaign priorities</span></li><li><span>Stay on top of trending TikTok Shop formats, sounds, and creator styles, and brief creators on campaigns, product priorities, and content angles as needed</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><span>1 to 2 years of experience in content creation, influencer management, or creator community roles (TikTok Shop experience is a strong plus)</span></li><li><span>Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok Shop as both a creator and a strategist</span></li><li><span>Comfortable on camera and able to model or demonstrate content concepts when coaching creators</span></li><li><span>Strong written and verbal communication skills with a warm, motivating coaching style</span></li><li><span>Highly organized with the ability to manage a large volume of creator relationships simultaneously</span></li><li><span>Genuine fluency in social trends, creator culture, and what makes content convert</span></li><li><span>Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus</span></li><li><span>Experience with tools like Discord or Lark is a plus</span></li></ul><p><br></p>
