A day in the life of a Merchandising Intern for Americas Packs looks a little like this. You will be a key member of the Americas Regional Merchandising team focused on supporting Kipling, JanSport & Eastpak business! You will work closely with all key merchants with a unique opportunity to dig into the daily Merchandising activities including creating product briefs, building assortments, & attending market presentations! Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the development of seasonal assortments for Kipling, JanSport & Eastpak
  • Conducting trend research to identify emerging styles, cultural influences, and consumer preferences relevant to the Americas target demographic.
  • Taking detailed notes during key meetings and maintaining organized documentation for seasonal planning.
  • Assisting in executing line plan and sample management for broader AMER Merch team

Requirements

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Curious and passionate about fashion, streetwear, and cultural trends.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Powerpoint and Excel is necessary.
  • A strong communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
