We have a national network of 500+ attorneys across Family Law, Estate/Probate, Immigration, Criminal / DUI, Bankruptcy, Landlord / Tenant, Real Estate and Traffic who utilize our services to grow their practices. Each attorney provides unbundled or limited-scope services with affordable payment plans, helping lower and middle income families access legal help while building profitable practices. To support success, each attorney is paired with a mentor referred to as their Dedicated Success Attorney. </p><b>Position </b><p><b>Job Title:</b> Dedicated Success Attorney </p><b>Responsibilities </b><br> <ul><li>Teach our attorneys how to successfully convert their leads into paying clients, and generate a profitable return on their advertising investment. </li><li>Review each lead our new Unbundled Attorneys receive and provide guidance and feedback to help them learn how to deliver unbundled services and affordable payment plans in various case scenarios </li><li>Educate our attorneys on how to draft limited scope retainer agreements, structure a la carte and pay-as-you-go service options, and explain them effectively to clients </li><li>Show our attorneys how to leverage legal technology to deliver legal services in a highly efficient, cost-effective and profitable manner </li><li>Teach our attorneys how to scale their practices through hiring additional team members, opening additional offices and other strategies. </li><br> </ul><b>Qualifications </b><ul><li>Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with a Bar Association in the United States. </li><li>Must have at least 3 years of experience as a practicing lawyer in a private law practice in at least ONE of the following areas of law: Family, Criminal / DUI, Immigration, Estate Planning/Probate, Bankruptcy, Landlord / Tenant, Traffic, Real Estate </li><li>Must be highly proficient and capable on a computer and using applications like Zoom, Microsoft Office or Mac equivalent, Slack, Digital Calendars, etc. </li><li>Exceptional communication, conflict management and active listening skills. </li><li>Must have a genuine interest in mentoring our attorneys and helping them learn how to build highly profitable law practices through providing affordable legal services to lower and middle income families. </li><li>Understand the importance of shifting access to justice in North America, and be excited about being part of a mission driven company that is committed to achieving this aim. </li><br> </ul><b>Job Type </b><ul><li>Independent contractor role (Expected commitment of 35-40 hours per week) </li><li><b>This is a 100% remote,</b> work-from-home position.
