Synopsis:

We are looking for a Financial Analyst – Payments & Data to create and deliver execution-focused learning content across payment systems, data workfl ows, and fi nancial operations. This role combines business analysis, fi nancial analytics, and payment operations, with a focus on real-world workfl ows, integrations, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

● Create and record hands-on tutorials, demos, and screencasts

● Build dashboards, reports, and fi nancial models using payment data

● Demonstrate workfl ows across:

● Payment data analysis & KPI dashboards (Tableau / Power BI)

● API/webhook fl ows, data mapping & system integrations

● Data cleaning, validation & ERP/ledger ingestion

● Reconciliation, settlement & cash fl ow tracking

● Root cause analysis, discrepancy resolution & automation

● Develop assets like reconciliation templates, SOPs, dashboards, and playbooks

● Collaborate with Instructional Designers to ensure accuracy and clarity

Required Skills:

● Strong experience in payments, fi nancial analysis/business analysis

● Knowledge of payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, or similar)

● API understanding: REST APIs, webhooks, JSON (Postman/Swagger)

● Data mapping, reconciliation & transaction lifecycle understanding

● BI tools: Tableau / Power BI

● Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, fi nancial modeling

● Strong RCA, discrepancy resolution & analytical skills

Experience:

● 3–5 years in Payments / FinTech / Financial Analytics

● Hands-on experience in payment integrations, reconciliation, or analytics workfl ows

Good to Have:

● Certifi cations in Stripe / BI / Data / Six Sigma / Cloud

● Experience with ML-based risk/fraud analysis
