Job Overview

Omni Career Hub is seeking a dedicated Student Counselor for our Surat office. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience in the field. The Student Counselor will support students in navigating their educational and career pathways by providing professional guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a relevant role, showcasing the capability to handle student queries and provide appropriate guidance.
  • Proven career counseling skills (Mandatory skill) with the ability to assess student needs and aspirations effectively.
  • Sales skills to effectively recommend educational programs and career services (Mandatory skill).
  • Ability to convince and inspire students to follow recommended pathways for their future growth (Mandatory skill).
  • Highly developed active listening skills to understand student problems and concerns and offer accurate guidance.
  • Strong capabilities in student assessment to tailor advice and solutions that best fit individual aspirations.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas and provide clear and concise information to students and stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to developing new strategies to engage students and assess their progress over time.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide career counseling and guidance to students, helping them understand and navigate educational and career options.
