Blue Yonder Job Title: Solution Architect - Demand Planning / Enterprise Supply Planning (Manufacturing Industry)
Location: Virtual within the US
Travel: 50% domestic travel expected

Overview:
Blue Yonder is seeking a Solution Architect to join our Delivery Services team, where your focus is to ensure customers realize value from their Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning solutions across the US and Canada.
In this role, you will design best-in-class solutions using a suite of products, such as Demand, Enterprise Supply Planning, Sequencing, Order Optimization, and Inventory Optimization, as well as being on the leading edge with our latest product innovations.
You will be the functional liaison across stakeholders, including key customer contacts, Project Managers, Technical Consultants, and 3rd Party Consultants, to drive the timely and successful delivery of the final solution.
What You’ll Do:
  • Drive the design, optimization, and implementation of Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning software solutions for customers, utilizing industry best practices and process methodologies
  • Apply domain knowledge to fully understand and identify how the Blue Yonder solutions can be configured and delivered to best meet customer requirements/business processes, with regarding.
  • Lead solution design to ensure clear construct and validation tasks and timeline
  • Conduct and/or guide system integration, user acceptance testing and deployment phases of the project to ensure a seamless transition to our steady state associates
  • Sustain the balance between project scope, timeline, and requirements to ensure successful time to value and definitive customer satisfaction
  • Assess business needs that fall outside the standard solution and/or scope, and assess integration complexity, architecture constraints and/or product roadmaps
  • Recognize and highlight incremental revenue opportunities with existing customers/projects
  • Communicate business cases to PMG and PD regarding customer specific needs related to product functionality and enhancements
What we are looking for:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of demonstrable experience delivering Advanced Supply Chain Planning solutions end-to-end in the manufacturing industry is required
  • Demonstrable experience with Blue Yonder's Demand Planning and/or Enterprise Supply Planning is required. Additional experience with Sequencing, Order Optimization, and Inventory Optimization is a bonus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrable experience conducting design sessions, interpreting business requirements and mapping to Supply Chain Solution functionalities, performing system integration, and assisting with user acceptance testing and issue resolution
  • Experience implementing solutions that leverage Cloud technologies, ideally Microsoft Azure
  • Ability to utilize Microsoft Office 365 tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and SharePoint to manage professional documents and communications

The salary range for this position is USD $99,208.00 - $143,896.00
The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
