An iMPact Business Group client in the Financial Services industry is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to join their growing IT Organization.

*** Please note: This is an Onsite role with a firm located in Grand Rapids, Michigan.  There is no option to work remote for this role.

This role is focused on managing, configuring, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform working closely with key stakeholders to ensure that the ServiceNow applications best meet the organization's needs.

Typical Duties may include -

*    Configure and maintain the ServiceNow platform
*    Create and maintain ServiceNow catalog items and request forms
*    Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions
*    Address system issues, user requests/tickets, and resolve performance problems
*    Collaborate with Software Development teams to identify and implement solutions
*    Ensure security and compliance of the ServiceNow platform
*    Manage user access, permissions, and maintain security practices
*    Conduct audits to ensure the platform complies with organizational and legal standards 
*    Implement best practices for data security, backup procedures, and disaster recovery
*    Participate in the development and roll out of new ServiceNow projects
*    Work closely with business units related to specific ServiceNow needs
*    Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights
*    Collect and analyze system usage data to drive improvements
*    Provide training and support to end-users
*    Develop / update user documentation for configurations, processes, knowledge base articles, training materials, and release notes


  • Able to work onsite in Grand Rapids, Michigan
  • 5-10+ years of ServiceNow Administration / Support experience
  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • Hands-on experience in configuring, supporting, and system administration of the ServiceNow platform
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), preferred
  • Working knowledge of  the ServiceNow modules (ITSM, SPM, HAM, SAM) and platform components (CMDB, Service Catalog, workflows)
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills 
  • Proactive approach to troubleshooting, anticipating challenges, and implementing preventive measures
  • Excellent business customer facing skills - a good listener who is able to understand user concerns
  • Able to create technical solutions that best meet business goals
