Job Title: Remote Dispatcher & Scheduler (100% Work From Home) 

 Location: Remote from Latin America
 
Position Type: Full-time  
 
Salary: $1,500 USD/month paid via Gusto
 
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm Pacific Time + Availability to work on Sundays, 8:30am to 4:00pm Pacific Time (With additional per-day pay for Sundays)
 

Job Overview: 

Our client is a fast-growing mobile auto glass repair and replacement company serving the Greater Bay Area in Northern California. They specialize in windshield replacements, door glass, ADAS recalibrations, and fleet/commercial accounts. Our mission is to deliver fast, high-quality, and reliable service while building a brand known for trust, precision, and customer experience.
They are a small, high-performance team that values accountability, adaptability, and continuous improvement.

The Scheduler/Dispatcher is one of the most critical operational roles. This person is responsible for coordinating customer appointments, sourcing parts, building efficient technician routes, and ensuring technicians have everything they need to complete jobs quickly and at a high level of quality.

This role directly impacts:

  • Daily revenue
  • Technician productivity
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Operational efficiency

High attention to detail and strong scheduling/dispatch experience are non-negotiable for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with customers and sales staff to schedule appointment times for all booked jobs
  • Source and order the correct parts for each job
  • Build efficient daily routes for mobile technicians to maximize jobs completed per day
  • Dispatch technicians and ensure they have all required job information
  • Confirm customer appointments to minimize cancellations and reschedules
  • Maintain accurate records using Google Sheets and CRM tools
  • Handle administrative tasks as assigned
  • Maintain high communication standards with technicians, customers, and internal team

Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:

Non-Negotiable Requirements

  • Extremely high attention to detail
  • Extensive experience in scheduling and/or dispatching
  • Comfortable making difficult decisions involving tradeoffs
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity
  • Fluent English and Spanish (required)
  • Must use own computer and equipment

Other Details:

  • Commission/Bonus: Monthly performance-based bonus may be available
