You may perform functions related to baggage and connecting passenger bags or work on the ramp to carry out the many tasks required for operational success.BenefitsShift premiums: evening shift - $0.50 per hour worked between 6:00 PM and 11:00 PM. If you want to shift your career into aviation, we provide the training, development and tuition reimbursement to help you do so.Qualifications / RequirementsTo join us, you must:Hold a valid driver’s licence — operation of heavy equipment on the ramp will be required;Be able to repeatedly lift loads of 32 kg (70 lb);Pass a medical assessment, including a drug and alcohol screening;Be available to attend and successfully complete a paid, full‑time training program of nine (9) to ten (10) weeks;Be available to work rotating shifts across a 24‑hour period (including weekends and statutory holidays);Demonstrate attention to safety and security;Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team every day;Demonstrate punctuality and reliability to support overall team success in a fast‑paced environment;Be able to obtain and maintain any applicable transport security clearances and additional authorizations (see Transport Canada for details);Candidates must be authorized to work in the country where the position is offered at the time of hire.
