Key Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation: Prepare dishes according to REYNA’s high standards to ensure consistent, high-quality food.
  • Maintain Par Levels & Prep Lists: Keep track of ingredient inventory and prepare items ahead of time to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
  • Receiving & Storing Deliveries: Assist in properly receiving and storing food deliveries to maintain freshness and stock levels.
  • Cleanliness & Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all food prep areas, equipment, and utensils meet sanitation standards.
  • Food Safety: Follow all food safety protocols and adhere to WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System) guidelines.
  • Service Line & Prep Work: Work on the line during service, or in the prep kitchen, contributing to an efficient and effective kitchen operation.
  • Consistency: Follow recipes and prep instructions to ensure the highest level of consistency, delivering a fantastic guest experience every time.
  • Physical Demands: Comfortable standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in a fast-paced environment.
