In this unique role, you'll work directly with one of the world's most respected travel organizations to build world-class travel experiences, serving as customers' personal guide.

What You'll Do
  • Recommend trips and excursions based on customer interest
  • Answer questions
  • Book reservations for unforgettable cultural and educational experiences across the globe
  • Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, emails and other communications as needed) while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of geography and current global events

Eligibility Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two or more years of sales or customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel or any role where you interacted with customers)
  • Able to work 20 hours per week, scheduled within the following hours of operation:
    • Monday through Friday
      • Preferred shift: 1 p.m. - 6 p.m. Eastern time / 12 p.m. - 5 p.m. Central time / 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. Mountain time / 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. Pacific time
      • Center's hours: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern time / 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central time / 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mountain time / 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. Pacific time
    • No nights or weekends!
  • Must be able to stick to the schedule reliably, as some queues are time sensitive

Nice to Have
  • College degree in a relevant field, including communications, hospitality or education
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce

Remote Work Requirements
  • Ohio resident
  • Secluded and distraction-free work environment
  • Required internet setup:
    • High-speed internet delivered through a wired provider (cable or fiber)
    • Computer must be physically connected to your modem / router using an Ethernet cable
    • Wireless, 5G and satellite connections are not supported
