We are looking for teachers who are interested in being a part of our team of tutors. You will facilitate English language classes for Japanese students from elementary to high school, providing support with Japanese teachers to deliver instruction.

Working schedule:
Required to teach in either of these shifts: 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM (20) or 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM (10)
Required to teach from Mondays to Fridays

Note: Not a booking system. Lessons are assigned. Cannot teach both schedules. Can teach one schedule only.

Qualifications:
Completed Bachelor's degree (any course).
Have a good command of the English language or be able to communicate in English.
Knows how to use MS Teams or Zoom.
Must be able to attend the training.
Must be willing to register as a freelancer with the BIR and get a COR.
Must have system requirements to be able to work online (please see the system requirements below).

System Requirements:
Stable post-paid internet connection (minimum upload and download speed: 5 MBPS).
Unlimited post-paid internet; connection via WIFI or LAN cable is fine (internet must be private connection and can have access to the router) (using pocket WIFI or mobile tethering and pre-paid internet is NOT allowed).
Desktop/laptop: at least 8GB RAM.
Webcam (Built-in or external is fine).
Headset with a stick-type microphone.
Quiet and private room.
Standard background is plain white background.
Bedroom, Study Room, and Private Office are ideal (teaching in common areas are NOT allowed).

Noted: All of the system requirements must be personally owned.

Legal Requirements:
Must be able to provide a COR before attending the training period.

During the interview, we will check your RDO (Revenue District Office/BIR branch), and applicants who will pass will need to update their RDO (in case their TIN isn't registered in the RDO based on their residence). The update is necessary in getting your COR. A COR is prerequisite to join the training. NO COR, NO training.

Training Schedule and Details:
Training will be done online (training details will be sent once passed).
TWO-DAY training (length of training will be depending on your performance).
