  • Manage client content approvals and revision workflows using collaboration platforms such as Frame.io
  • Schedule organic social media content including short-form video posts and captions aligned with each client’s brand
  • Maintain daily communication with clients, editors, and media buyers to ensure projects remain on schedule
  • Prepare monthly client performance reports summarizing marketing results and campaign performance
  • Create and maintain internal SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
  • Record and maintain training documentation using Loom
  • Continuously evaluate and improve internal workflows and operational systems

EXPERIENCE

  • Client communication and maintaining professional written communication
  • Managing multiple clients, projects, and deadlines simultaneously
  • CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel or similar marketing automation systems
  • Project management tools and collaboration platforms used by remote teams
  • Using AI tools such as ChatGPT for documentation, workflows, or operational tasks
  • Social media scheduling and content coordination

Candidates who have previously worked in marketing agencies, content production teams, or remote-first companies will be given strong preference.

We are specifically looking for someone who:

  • Builds systems
  • Improves workflows
  • Prevents problems before they happen

COMPENSATION

  • Full-time remote role (40 hours per week)
  • Salary: $2,000 per month
  • This role is central to the operational success of Ahki Studios
