Job Summary: Pivot Energy is a national renewable energy provider dedicated to developing and managing solar and energy storage projects. They are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to lead the development of process efficiencies within their Salesforce CRM, focusing on user management, support, and training while translating business processes into technical solutions. Responsibilities: Identifying and gathering business requirements from users and stakeholders Creating and executing development plans Salesforce configuration changes and maintenance, including but not limited to: Flows, page layouts, record types, fields, custom settings, API integrations, dashboards, and reports Managing roles, profiles, sharing rules, and groups Performing database maintenance tasks Documenting processes and training materials Addressing user support tickets New hire and existing employee training Other special projects and/or duties as assigned Qualifications: Required: Excellent organizational and communication skills High degree of proficiency with Salesforce development Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills with an aptitude for building rapport Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines Demonstrate ability to work autonomously Desire to develop relationships within the organization across teams A proven track record of implementing Salesforce and business improvements Experience providing excellent user support Ability to develop and implement a training curriculum for employees remotely Preferred: 2-5 years of Salesforce Administrator experience Associate or Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent work experience Company: Pivot Energy is a national renewable energy provider that develops, finances, builds, owns, and manages solar and energy storage projects.
