HVAC Sales Representative (OTE: 65K-100K)

This is a 3 day on 4 day off work Week - Commission Only

Ontario Budget Comfort (OBC) is a leader in providing energy-efficient HVAC solutions that help homeowners save on energy bills and reduce their carbon footprint. As part of our rapid growth, we are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. This is a commission-only role with On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $65,000 to $90,000 annually. If you’re driven, enjoy meeting new people, and want to help families upgrade their homes while building a lucrative career, this opportunity is for you. Applicants must be willing to drive 3-hours per day to appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and close sales opportunities by engaging with homeowners about HVAC upgrades.
  • Educate customers on the benefits of energy-efficient products, including heat pumps, hybrid water heaters, and financing options.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients through cold calls, referrals, and door-to-door interactions.
  • Leverage marketing leads provided by the company to book in-home consultations and close sales.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience (HVAC or home improvement sales experience is a strong asset).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Highly self-motivated with a hunter’s mindset and a drive to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
  • Access to a vehicle + Valid Drivers License.
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC systems is an asset (training will be provided).
