Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Automation & CRM Management:
  • Design, implement, and optimize HubSpot workflows to enhance marketing efficiency and operational processes.
  • Set up and maintain CRM pipelines to improve customer engagement, lead management, and retention.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns, funnels, and CRM strategies for seamless customer journeys.
Funnel Strategy & Optimization:
  • Create and manage high-performing funnels to drive lead generation, sales, and customer retention.
  • Analyze data to improve funnel performance and ensure maximum conversions.
Data Management & Reporting:
  • Integrate HubSpot with other tools to centralize data flow and enhance analytics.
  • Monitor CRM data, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize sales and marketing efforts.
Collaboration & Training:
  • Partner with sales teams to optimize pipeline management and ensure timely lead conversion.
  • Conduct training sessions to upskill team members on CRM best practices and effective utilization.
Process Improvement:
  • Identify areas for improvement within CRM systems and workflows; coordinate with technical teams for updates and enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain high standards of data accuracy.

Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience:
    • 3+ years of experience in CRM management, HubSpot workflows, marketing automation, and funnel optimization.
    • Background in the tourism industry or familiarity with customer journey mapping is a strong plus.
Technical Skills:
    • Advanced proficiency in HubSpot (CRM pipelines, workflows, campaign management, and data integration).
    • Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics) is beneficial.
    • Experience with marketing automation tools and techniques.
    • Knowledge of A/B testing platforms like Google Optimize and FB Pixel.
Soft Skills:
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
    • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams.
    • Creativity and attention to detail with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Certifications (Optional):
    • HubSpot or other CRM certifications (e.g., Salesforce).
