Key Responsibilities:
Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the hotel is spotless by performing daily cleaning and maintenance tasks in guest areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
Support Room Attendants: Assist housekeeping staff with linen distribution, cleaning supplies, and any additional needs to ensure efficient room turnover.
Restock Supplies: Keep storage areas organized and fully stocked with necessary supplies to facilitate seamless operations.
Assist Guests: Provide a warm welcome to guests by offering assistance with luggage, directions, and any inquiries they may have.
Safety First: Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies to ensure a safe environment for both guests and team members.
Team Player: Collaborate with other departments to support the overall guest experience and maintain hotel standards.
Qualifications:
Passion for Hospitality: A genuine enthusiasm for providing excellent guest service.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to ensure cleanliness and orderliness in all areas.
Team Player: Ability to work well with others and support a collaborative environment.
Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds, as well as stand and walk for extended periods.
