🌅 Marketing Shots:

• At least 1–2 sunset or golden hour shots for marketing/ads

🎥 Video (1–2 minutes):

• 4K cinematic drone video showcasing:

• Entire property flyover

• Road access

• Creek and key features

• Subdivision layout

• Include:

• Smooth transitions

• Light background music

• Optional property line overlay

🖼️ Photo Requirements:

• High-resolution JPEG (MLS-ready)

• Color correction + exposure balancing

• Blue sky replacement (if needed)

• Sharp, well-composed images (no blur, no overexposure)

Editing:

For the editing, I need a version that includes text overlays, similar to the YouTube link I shared, showing the subdivision layout, property size, nearby locations, and my contact information at the end. I will also need a clean version of the video without any text.
