About the position

Are you an experienced professional who has been working in transformation programs in the insurance sector? Deloitte in Stockholm is looking for talented professionals with 4-10 years of experience to join our team and help drive change within the insurance sector. We are looking for such professionals with one or more of the following skills and experiences: Project management in transformations in the insurance sector Architecture experience from supporting large scale transformation programs Requirements and/or testing professionals with insurance experience

Responsibilities

  • Work in your area of expertise in major transformation programs in the insurance industry
  • Project management
  • Architecture
  • Requirements and/or testing
  • Also potentially work in other sectors in the Financial Services industry
  • Collaborate across Deloitte’s Swedish and global practices to deliver future-proofed solutions.
  • Act as a bridge between business and technology, contributing to product roadmaps and delivery.
  • Ensure that technical solutions meet business needs as well as security and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and coach defined projects and smaller teams, fostering collaboration, driving performance, and ensuring successful delivery of objectives.

Requirements

  • 4-10 years’ experience in the industry working with one or more of the skill domains listed
  • Experience from both the industry and consulting is highly valuable
  • Having worked with core insurance systems such as Guidewire, Sapiens, TIA or similar is a strong plus
  • You are working and living in Sweden
  • Proficiency in Swedish and English and strong communication skills

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working in insurance with topics such as core insurance systems, enterprise data warehouses, analytics, front-end solutions in a business transformation context – in project management, architecture or requirements and/or testing.
  • Academic background in business, engineering or information systems
