Responsibilities

  • Lead Management Operations Support end ‑ to ‑ end execution of lead management initiatives, including intake & prioritization, strategic brief, requirements definition, technical execution, QA, and launch readiness.
  • Own the day ‑ to ‑ day functioning of lead management initiatives.
  • Maintain operational program roadmaps and define interdependencies between teams; facilitating mitigation of potential risks to milestone delivery Own the creation and facilitation of ‘last mile’ go to market activities: planning, training materials & communications Lead Management Strategy Support initiative business valuation and prioritization of initiatives in assigned area Support initiative execution by sharing cross-functional inputs to strategy, go to market, and continuous improvement initiatives Facilitate creation of cross-functional initiative strategy briefs, priority plans and project charters Monitor revenue growth targets by partnering with strategic leads to create initiative reports and recommendations Cross-functional Program Execution & Operations Own operational checklists, SOPs, and workflow documentation Coordinate with internal partners to ensure tasks are completed on schedule Track and manage incoming requests, prioritizing and routing them as needed Drive project timelines, status updates, and issue resolution Maintain status documentation & RAIDD log Assist in coordinating cross ‑ functional tasks & dependencies with business, marketing, and technology. Support budget management & forecasting

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Operations, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing operations, or marketing program management.
  • Experience with stakeholder management, with an ability to integrate traditionally siloed teams to foster collaboration, enhance decision-making processes, and drive organizational accountability
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with dashboards (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Demonstrated experience in leveraging data-driven insights to enhance business performance through strategic, value-based initiative prioritization
  • Ability to distill and articulate complex business challenges while uniting teams around data-driven solutions to drive strategic alignment and impactful outcomes
  • A strong understanding of new marketing & data technologies
