Technovation is the world’s largest AI accelerator for girls and women, and the largest women-in-tech network globally. We empower young people and women across 120+ countries to become AI innovators, entrepreneurs, and leaders. In 2026, we are focused on creating a strong digital marketing strategy to grow awareness and community engagement, and to drive revenue from corporate and individual donors.

This role is responsible for overseeing the performance, growth, and reach of our primary web property (Technovation.org ). You will own the performance and evolution of the website (which will be relaunched on Webflow in Q2) and lead the strategy for new and updated pages post-launch, optimizing for SEO and user experience.

You are the lead for overall audience growth and content distribution. Working alongside our content and social leads, you will bridge the gap between content creation and audience acquisition by building partnerships with newsletters, influencers, and mission-aligned organizations.

You will also manage a lean paid budget (focused on Google Ad Grants and Meta tests) to ensure our narrative is reaching a targeted new audience.

Core Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day management and optimization of Technovation.org. Use page builders and templates to build landing pages and update content, ensuring SEO and design best practices are met.
  • Lead the continuous improvement of the website using new or existing tools (e.g. A/B testing, heatmap analysis, and user behavior tracking). Use these insights to optimize landing pages.
  • Manage a modest test budget for digital, including Google Ad Grant management and social ad tests (Meta), to drive traffic and donations.
  • Partner with the content, creative and social leads to package existing assets for distribution, using analytics to report on growth and guide continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the social lead to identify and cultivate relationships with external organizations, newsletters, and education influencers to secure amplification and grow our global audience.
  • Maintain a holistic view of the digital experience for all Technovation audiences, ensuring that (for example) email sequences, website updates, and paid tests work together.

Technical Skills

  • Expertise in Webflow and WordPress; ability to build landing pages, post blogs, and manage site architecture using page builders (custom coding a plus, but not required). Experience with basic technical troubleshooting on either platform is also a plus.
  • Experience with SEO strategy, including on-page optimization (metadata, headers, internal linking) and use of tools to boost organic discoverability. LLM SEO experience is a plus.
  • Experience with tools for landing page optimization and conversion testing; ability to interpret heatmaps and session recordings to identify friction points in the user journey.
  • Proficiency across the marketing tech stack with a focus on GA4 (event tracking, conversion setup, and custom dashboards) and email platforms (Mailchimp) to execute UTM-tracked campaigns and analyze full-funnel performance and summarize in monthly reports.
  • Experience defining audience segmentation and automated user journeys. You will design the ‘flow’ and messaging to move users from first-touch to conversion, working with our operations lead who manages the technical Salesforce/Mailchimp integration.
  • Experience building and optimizing paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads, including conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and Google Ad Grant compliance for nonprofits.
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Slack, Salesforce, and Google Suite.

Strategic Skills

  • Comfortable setting KPIs (list growth, engagement, retention), reading dashboards, and making iterative decisions based on performance, not just output volume.
  • Ability to research, pitch, and help manage distribution and content partnerships with external organizations, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for amplification and audience growth.
  • Ability to translate programs and impact into high-performing distribution assets (e.g., ad copy, email subject lines, and newsletter copy)
  • Ability to understand and represent diverse communities, with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills across internal teams and external audiences.

Success Metrics

This role will be measured on:

  • Year-over-year growth in total reach, including organic search traffic, newsletter subscribers, and social followers.
  • Ongoing improvement in technical site health and search visibility for priority terms, increased visibility in traditional search (SEO) and emerging AI-search engines (LLM SEO).
  • Success in securing 3rd-party placements that drive qualified traffic with high engagement rates (measured by low bounce rates and high session duration).
  • Ability to meet deadlines and build consensus across stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in digital marketing including website development and user journey
  • Strong project management skills; able to operate independently
  • Experience with Webflow and WordPress
  • Experience with martech stack platforms including but not limited to: Mailchimp, Google Analytics, LinkedIn and Meta ads, Google Ads (Google Ad Grants a plus) SEO/SEM tools, audience segmentation tools
  • Experience in growth marketing or digital distribution, with a focus on optimizing and placing content rather than original long-form copywriting
  • Calm under pressure, anticipatory, and detail-oriented with good written and verbal communication
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to changes in a dynamic tech education environment

We offer

This is a full-time position. Our benefits include:

  • 20 vacation days in addition to all federal holidays and sick time
  • A paid organization wide week-long shutdown at the end of the year
  • 100% cost coverage of medical, dental, and vision costs for employees and a portion of the cost for partners and dependents
  • Life-insurance coverage
  • 401k program with an organization match after two years
  • Option to participate in FSA and DCA pre-tax programs
