Job Title: Counter Uncrewed System (cUXS) Integrator Job Category: Intelligence Time Type: Part time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI Employee Type: Part-Time On-Call-Rotational Traveler Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 100% Type of Travel: Outside Continental US * * * The Opportunity: As a CACI-SOAS C-UXS Systems Integrator, you will be part of a team that serves as the Combined Joint Task Force – Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA) Commander's and Staff Director's principal Integrator and advocate for the incorporation of C-UXS systems, policy and planning mandates into CJTF-HOA plans, operations, actions, and activities at US installations in East Africa. Responsibilities: * Coordinates the activities of the C-UXS Team with the priorities of the Commander and the CJTF-HOA Force Protection staff. * Deploys to outstations in East Africa to conduct activities consistent with CJTF-HOA’s policy and security objectives. * Coordinates with host nation airspace controllers, * Assists with regular training sessions to include initial reception/training of the rotational security force (SECFOR). * Analyzes UXS data and reports findings to CJTF-HOA leaders in a professional manner * Advise and mentor CJ38 and outstation leadership on C-sUXS battle drills * Author reports and create or update Standard Operating Procedures * Provide recommendations on C-sUXS integration across the service components and outstations * Mentor C-sUXS SECFOR personnel on both basic and complex C-sUXS event analysis * Integrate data/information between CJ2 and CJ3 directorates to allow sUXS threat development * Advise and mentor leadership on current and emerging C-sUXS policies and procedures * Maintain C-sUXS operations continuity between rotational guard force deployments * Deploy to outstations in Somalia and Kenya to conduct training, SOP implementation, gather data and or make assessments and recommendations * Assist CJ-38 in C-sUXS system operations by coordinating "red air" flights at the outstations Qualifications: * Active TOP SECRET Clearance with eligibility for SCI * Prior experience with UXS/C-UXS systems, programs or policies * Understanding of the principles of UXS/C-UXS systems employment * Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline and 2 years’ experience with UXS/C-UXS systems integration, or 4 years’ experience with UXS/C-UXS systems integration. These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have: * Prior experience working in Africa or at AFRICOM or at one of its Service Components * Prior small UXS pilot experience both CONUS and/or OCONUS * UXS pilot certification (civilian or military) such as FAA Part 107 More about this Program: * Candidate may qualify for: * Hazardous / Austere location Allowances when deployed as a federal contractor, CACI is subject to any federal vaccine mandates or other customer vaccination requirements. All new hires are required to report their vaccination status. * In line with the terms of this Contract, the AFRICOM Operations, Plans and Training Support (AOPTS) Program provides for: * Travel expenses to and from Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti and while present for duty * This position offers Hardship Pay in line with State Department regulations and listed rates for this location * The AFRICOM Operations, Plans and Training Support (AOPTS) Program is a Cost-plus-Award Fee Task Order with a Base plus Five Option Years.
