'Apprentice Automotive Technician' position based in Smithville. Join our dynamic team to not only gain hands-on experience working with high-end exotic vehicles but also play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences as a guide.

Key Responsibilities

Automotive Technician Duties

  • Perform routine maintenance including:
  • Brake pad replacements
  • Tire mounting, balancing, and swaps
  • Oil changes and fluid checks
  • Assist with vehicle inspections and basic diagnostics
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all vehicles
  • Support preventative maintenance for high-performance vehicles
  • Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards

Driving Experience / Tour Guide Duties

  • Assist in preparing vehicles for daily tours
  • Guide customers through driving experiences and vehicle handovers
  • Help coordinate vehicle rotations during tours
  • Assist in transporting vehicles
  • Ensure client safety and deliver a premium customer experience
  • Represent the GTA Exotics brand in a professional and enthusiastic manner

Qualifications

  • Registered Automotive Apprentice (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Minimum 12 months hands-on experience with basic automotive maintenance
  • Strong interest in performance and exotic vehicles
  • Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
  • Commercial vehicle driver's license is a bonus
