We are a growing home service company looking for an experienced automation specialist to build and maintain several operational workflows across ServiceTitan, QuickBooks, and our internal communication tools (Slack, etc.).

Key Projects:

*Payment Notification Automation:

Trigger alerts when certain payment types are received in ServiceTitan, Route notifications to appropriate channels (Slack/email), Include relevant job/customer/payment details

*A/R Reconciliation System (ServiceTitan vs QuickBooks):

Monthly automated comparison of A/R reports between ServiceTitan and QuickBooks, Identify discrepancies (missing payments, mismatched balances, timing issues), Output a clean report highlighting exceptions

*Job Photo Automation:

Automatically download or store job-related photos from ServiceTitan, Organize by job/customer/date (Google Drive),

Maintain consistent file naming and structure, Review Monitoring & Routing

*Capture new customer reviews (Google, etc.):

Automatically post into Slack (or similar), Sort and route reviews by department (service, install, etc.), Ensure visibility and prevent duplicate handling

Tech Stack (Current / Preferred):

ServiceTitan (API experience)

QuickBooks Desktop Reports

Zapier (or Make, or custom API solutions)

Slack (API)

Google Drive / cloud storage

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience with ServiceTitan integrations (REQUIRED or very strong bonus)

Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and automation tools

Attention to detail (data accuracy is critical)

Ability to document what you build for future use

Bonus Skills:

Experience in home service businesses (HVAC, plumbing, septic, etc.)

Familiarity with reporting, financial reconciliation, or accounting workflows

Experience reducing manual admin processes at scale

Project Scope:

Initial buildout of the above systems
