This position combines in-person meetings with financial advisors and traditional internal wholesaling responsibilities, providing an opportunity to develop deeper client relationships, hands-on market experience, and career advancement. About the Role As a Seattle, Washington In-Market Internal Wholesaler, you will be a key supporting partner to your External Wholesaler, working collaboratively to drive sales, strengthen advisor relationships, and support the overall growth of the territory. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and deepening relationships with financial advisors by being a trusted, consultative partner. Your success hinges on adding value beyond product discussions, positioning yourself as a strategic resource for advisors seeking market insights, portfolio solutions, and business growth strategies. What You’ll Do: * Build and manage relationships with financial advisors through in-person meetings, phone outreach, and virtual interactions. * Execute and support your External Wholesaler in creating and implementing strategic sales plans for the territory. * Educate and advise financial advisors on investment solutions, including mutual funds, ETFs, and SMAs, while providing asset allocation insights. * Be a student of the markets by staying ahead of economic trends, product innovations, and industry shifts to provide relevant insights that elevate advisor conversations. * Engage in a consultative sales approach by asking the right questions, uncovering advisor needs, and delivering tailored solutions that drive meaningful engagement. * Deliver value-add solutions by equipping advisors with actionable ideas, industry best practices, and tools that help them grow their business and better serve their clients. * Expand and deepen territory growth by identifying new business opportunities and strengthening existing client relationships. * Position yourself as a go-to resource by consistently delivering insights, sharing thought leadership, and fostering long-term partnerships. * Maintain and optimize CRM data and sales tracking systems to ensure efficiency and proactive engagement. * Coordinate and contribute to the planning of conferences, seminars, and advisor meetings to maximize market engagement. * Uphold a structured, distraction-free work environment at home, ensuring high productivity. What You’ll Bring: * Must reside in Washington State or Oregon and be able to travel as needed. * At least 2 years of experience in asset management sales or as a Financial Advisor FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses are required. * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred. * Passionate about financial markets, investments, and ongoing learning. * Curious mindset with strong questioning skills to uncover advisor needs. * Driven to become a key partner to advisors through knowledge, service, and strategy. * Skilled in executing sales strategies, tracking results, and adjusting to market trends. * Proven track record of sales success and strong advisor relationships. * Able to maintain a dedicated, productive work-from-home environment. * Solid understanding of investments including mutual funds, ETFs, SMAs, and capital markets. * Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills. * Self-starter who works well independently and with an External Wholesaler. * Willing to travel to the NYC home office once per quarter. #LI-AM1 Pay Transparency Salary Range: $70,000 + sales incentives Overtime eligible: Exempt Discretionary bonus eligible: No Sales bonus eligible: Yes Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
