Analytic Facilitator and Trainer, Senior The Opportunity: As an Analytic Facilitator and Trainer on our team, you'll provide the client with instructional strategies, course development, instructor lead intelligence training, and training records administration support. Using your comprehensive understanding of analytic tradecraft, intelligence disciplines, functions, production cycles, and publication standards, you'll lead the development, maintenance, and delivery of relevant course instruction to our military and government clients. As an authority on your topic, your client will look to you for program support, comprehensive reviews, guidance, and recommendations. You'll expand your technical expertise and industry knowledge, and broaden your skill set in areas like instructional design, curriculum development, learning management, and analysis. You'll share your expertise with other intelligence professionals and instructors through leadership and mentoring. You Have: 8 years of experience in intelligence analysis Experience with intelligence collection capabilities and limitations, including technical sensors or platforms and human intelligence sources Knowledge of complex analytic methodologies such as structured analytic techniques to examine biases, assumptions, and theories Ability to produce timely, logical, concise, and comprehensive analytic reports, documents, assessments, studies, and briefing materials for defense intelligence using Microsoft Office tools Ability to lead a team in researching multifaceted or critical problems and provide guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies TS/SCI clearance Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: 12 years of experience in intelligence analysis Experience serving as an intelligence instructor or trainer Experience with qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies Experience using argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives Knowledge of electromagnetic warfare (EW) and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR), including integration into joint planning, targeting, or fires processes or procedures Ability to use logic to evaluate and synthesize multiple sources of information, interpret analysis, and defend analytic judgments with sound conclusions Ability to develop training plans, curriculum, and critique forms Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including excellent grammar Master's degree Clearance:⯠Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
