About the position

The Affiliate Marketing Associate will be a key member of StubHub and viagogo’s Affiliate team, supporting one of the company’s most critical revenue-driving channels. This role blends account management, partner communications, compliance oversight, and performance reporting to help scale and optimize our global affiliate program. StubHub and viagogo’s Affiliate Programs generate millions in ticket sales annually through a diverse network of global publishers and partners. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a sharp eye for detail, and is eager to grow their expertise in digital partnerships and performance marketing. Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day account management and partner communications.
  • Assist in onboarding new affiliate partners, conducting audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Handle campaign operations including placement tracking, auditing, and integration requests.
  • Manage affiliate team inbox, triaging inquiries and maintaining accurate records of partners, contracts, and performance data.
  • Monitor affiliate performance, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to optimize growth.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports highlighting trends and performance drivers.
  • Identify new affiliate opportunities and contribute to partner negotiations.
  • Conduct competitive research to inform strategy and uncover new market opportunities.
  • Serve as a daily point of contact for select affiliates, providing program updates, creative assets, and promotional support.
  • Collaborate with partners to optimize performance and share StubHub and viagogo promotions.
  • Contribute to partner marketing initiatives, including newsletters and seasonal campaigns.
  • Work closely with marketing, analytics, legal, finance, and product teams to align affiliate campaigns with StubHub’ and viagogo’s broader objectives.
  • Partner with creative/content teams to deliver high-performing assets.
  • Support strategic projects to expand StubHub and viagogo’s affiliate reach globally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or partnerships (internship or entry-level experience considered).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a collaborative, team-first approach.
  • Comfort working with performance data, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with affiliate platforms (e.g., Partnerize, Impact, CJ, Rakuten).
  • Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or live event industries.
  • Prior exposure to compliance or audit tools (e.g., BrandVerity).
  • Passion for sports, music, and live entertainment
