This position will be located at our Mission Systems Sector in Linthicum, MD. This position may be staffed as a hybrid role from Linthicum, MD. The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman's Global Supply Chain organization supporting the Mission Next Division.<br><br>Essential Functions:<br><ul><li>Actively monitor supplier performance, quality, and delivery.</li><li>Coordinate with internal partners to develop competitive and non-competitive sourcing strategies.</li><li>Liaise with suppliers through written, verbal, and in-person communication to support business objectives.</li><li>Work with Australian industry partners to become a supplier to NG or further increase supply chain opportunities within NG.</li><li>Extract, monitor, analyze and validate data and information from multiple sources.</li><li>Communicate with internal stakeholders across the enterprise.</li><li>Develop engaging and collaborative relationships with suppliers and internal partners / customers to drive problem resolution.</li><li>Prepare and review presentations, reports, and data on Program metrics.</li></ul><br><br>Basic Qualifications<br><ul><li>A candidate, regardless of age and hiring source, must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:</li><li>Be enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university AND graduating after August 2026</li><li>Be majoring in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Business Management, Finance, Operations Management, or closely related discipline</li><li>Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during summer 2026</li><li>Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)</li></ul><br><br>Preferred Qualifications:<br><ul><li>Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher</li><li>Previous internship/co-op or other work experience, leadership & teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities (professional/community/extracurricular)</li><li>Keen interest in Global Supply Chain functional group</li><li>Exposure or experience with Power BI, SAP, Tableau and Microsoft Office skills, including Excel formulas, pivot tables and PowerPoint.</li></ul><br><br>Intern Pay Range:<br><br>Level 1 (Bachelors) - $22.00 to $27.75<br><br>Level 2 (Masters) - $32.00 to $34.50<br><br>campusjobs<br><br>The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
